On Monday, December 16, 2019, at approximately 7:23 p.m., Francisco Munoz was found in a parking lot in the 6600 block of Renwick Drive, in Houston Texas. Francisco Munoz had injuries that are consistent with being struck by a motor vehicle. Francisco Munoz was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased from his injuries.
