Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Capital Murder.
On Friday, December 21, 2018, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Henry Barefield was shot multiple times and robbed in the 8400 block of Broadway Street in Houston, Texas.

According to witnesses, Henry Barefield was walking back to his apartment when he was involved in a verbal altercation with the unknown suspect(s). The altercation quickly turned physical. During the incident, the victim was shot. As a result of the shooting, the victim succumbed to his injuries and died the following day. It is unknown how many suspects are involved at this time.

The family of the victim is requesting help from the community in finding the suspect(s) responsible for his murder.
