N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Burglary and Theft Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Credit Card Abuse. 
 
On Saturday, January 4, 2020, an unknown black male suspect stole the victim’s purse at a grocery store located in the 9800 block of Blackhawk Boulevard in Houston, Texas. The same suspect used the victim’s stolen credit card to make an unauthorized purchase at a store located in the 500 block of Gulf Gate Center Mall in southeast Houston. During this incident, the suspect was captured on video surveillance stealing the purse and using the stolen credit card to purchase items at the store. The suspect fled both scenes in a blue/green 2004 to 2009 Pontiac Grand Prix with a spoiler and sunroof bearing a paper plate. 
 
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
