On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at approximately 6:40 p.m., Mr. Sergio Banks was shot while in his vehicle in the 3200 block of Webster Street in Houston, TX. Mr. Banks was found unresponsive and transported to a local area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
