Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Houston Police Department?s Homicide Division Cold Case Unit are seeking the public?s assistance with any information on the 1994 murder of 33 year old Edward Mattimoe. Mr. Mattimoe lived with his mother in the 600 block of Nottingham Oaks in Houston. On Tuesday January 4, 1994 at around 11:45 at night he stepped out of his apartment to smoke a cigarette. Shortly after, his mother and some neighbors heard two pops. Edward stumbles back inside and tells his mother he has been shot as collapses in the doorway.
