Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Sunday, February 2, 2025, at approximately 7:10 p.m., the victim was struck by the suspects’ vehicle in the 7000 block of the Telephone Rd. in Houston, Texas. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the major injuries sustained.

The family of Charles Bandy is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible.
