On Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a 79 year old male victim was walking east bound on the 7900 block of Tidwell Road in Houston, TX. The suspect?s vehicle struck the victim at this same location and fled in an unknown direction of travel without rendering aid. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel. There is no additional information at this time.
