On June 23, 2013, at approximately 11:00 pm, Jose Cavazos Garza was outside of his home located on the 5700 block of Fair Forest Drive in Harris County, Texas. As he watered the lawn, and shut down exterior nights for the evening, an unidentified suspect(s) shot and killed Garza before fleeing the area. Following a thorough investigation into the incident, no suspects have been identified. Investigators now hope that an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers will lead to the identification, charging and arrest of those parties responsible.
