On Saturday, October 15, 2016, at approximately 3:50 p.m., the victim was shot and killed in the 9400 block of Concourse Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was discovered deceased in their vehicle from an apparent gunshot wound.

The family of James Bowman is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
