On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at approximately 2:04 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 700 block of E IH 10 Fwy OB in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking eastbound when struck by the suspect’s vehicle. As a result of the collision, the victim died as a result of the major injuries sustained.
