N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Failure to Stop and Render Aid-Fatality.
On Saturday, October 5, 2019, at approximately 7:44 p.m., the victim was standing in the street in the 8900 block of Clearwood Drive and Gulf Freeway Service Road in Houston, Texas. The suspect’s vehicle (a light colored pickup truck with chrome rims) struck the victim. The victim was thrown into the air and then ran over by the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect then fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result, the victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
