On Saturday, October 13, 2012, in the driveway of his residence of 7055 Ashburn, John S. Martinez was gunned down by several unknown assailants. After having visited his brother, Mr. Martinez returned to his home at 7055 Ashburn about 10:05 p.m.� He parked his truck in his driveway�and was walking to his front door when he was confronted by three unknown males.��He�was then�shot and robbed.� The suspects initially fled on foot. It is not known if a vehicle was involved. Balistics reports indicate the weapon used to kill Mr. Martinez was also used to kill another victim, Criss Knight.
