On Saturday, January 30, 2016, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling southbound on the 800 block of Maxey Road in Houston, TX. The vehicle was driven by a Hispanic male who parked the vehicle nearby and walked away from the accident scene without rendering aid to the victim. Emergency medical personnel pronounced the victim deceased at the location. Suspect ? Hispanic male possibly goes by the name (Mara), approximately 35-45 years old, wearing a royal blue shirt, black shorts and white tennis shoes. Vehicle ? 1991 Gold Toyota Corolla (vehicle left at the accident location).
