Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the Murder of 16-year-old Franklin Torres Concho.

On Monday, September 29, 2025, at approximately 10:15 p.m., the victim was found stabbed multiple times in a grassy vacant lot in the 4500 block of the Katy Fwy outbound in Houston, Texas. Sadly, the victim was discovered deceased the following day.

The family of Franklin Torres Concho is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
