On Saturday, August 31, 2024, at approximately 10:16 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 15900 block of the Gulf Freeway Service Rd. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was riding their bicycle northbound when struck by the suspect’s vehicle also traveling northbound. As a result of the collision, the victim died as a result of the major injuries sustained.
