Michael EllisCrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
On Monday, August 21, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 3100 block of South Loop West in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was asleep on the sidewalk when they were struck by a vehicle that was traveling southbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. The victim suffered major injuries, and sadly died as a result of the collision.
