On July 18, 2011 at approximately 4:28 PM, suspects forcibly entered the home located on the 4400 block of Seminole in Pasadena, TX. Two males heard the back door being kicked in and confronted the first male suspect in the hallway. Three additional suspectswere unable to enter the house. The victim Cody Clement went outside, where one suspect discharged at least three rounds toward him (one of which struck Clement in the shoulder). Clement was airlifted to Memorial Herman Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries on August 25, 2011. The first suspect is described as a black male, in his mid to late teens, approximately 5?10? ? 6?0?, weighing 160 lbs. The additional three suspects were only described as black males. All of the suspects were last seen fleeing the area southbound on Seminole towards Crenshaw in a tan or gold extended or crew-cab truck.
