Froncia WadeCrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.  
 
On Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at approximately 5:45 a.m., the victim was attempting to cross the street at a designated crosswalk in the 10900 block of Bissonnet in Houston, Texas.  The suspect’s vehicle (a dark gray Scion XB) struck the victim. The suspect was seen on video surveillance cameras, pulling into a parking lot of a business, getting out of the vehicle and walking over to the victim.  The suspect immediately got back into their vehicle and fled the scene westbound on Bissonnet without rendering aid to the victim. As a result, the victim was transported to a local hospital for serious bodily injuries. The victim suffered a severe brain injury, and died as a result of their injuries on September 20, 2019.  
 
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
