The victim, David Sanchez (19 years old), was involved in an altercation with at least one other Hispanic male in front of his apartment at 9475 W. Sam Houston Pkwy S. on July 28, 2013. This altercation escalated to the point that one of the men shot David in the head, killing him. Extensive witness interviews have described the possible shooter as an older Hispanic male, possibly in his 60's, short, with white / gray hair and a large white beard. Witnesses also stated that the man is well known as someone who spends a lot of time digging through dumpsters for scrap metal. He is known to drive a blue 1988 Chevrolet truck with Texas License plate # BH03331. After further investigation we have found a possible suspect matching the description. We have discovered two possible names for the suspect: "Panfilo Calva" and "Alejandro Bardales". The possible suspect has not been seen at the apartments since the time of this incident and we have not been able to locate him. He is known to live with his son Ramon Javier Hernandez-Torres but we have not been able to locate him either.
