On January 25, 2016, at approximately 5:50 a.m., the complainant, Efrain Villalobos, was walking his bicycle or riding his bicycle across the street, in the 6100 block of the Southwest Freeway Service Rd. near Westpark, when he was struck by an unknown dark colored truck. The suspect's vehicle was traveling south bound in the 6100 block of the Southwest Frwy Service Rd and was exiting on to Westpark and struck the complainant. The suspect's vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid to the complainant. Complainant Mendoza was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
