On Sunday, May 27, 2012, at approximately 3:18 pm, 75 year old Zhuang Yue Juan was crossing the 6700 block of Ranchester Road in Houston, Texas. As she crossed, a vehicle operated by an unidentified suspect struck Juan in a collision. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, failing to stop and render aid to the victim. Juan was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead. The suspect vehicle is described as a Green Toyota Camry that would have sustained front end damage in the accident. Witnesses at the scene of the accident described the driver as a black male.
