Just after midnight on the night of January 13, 2014, Nabor Rosas-Inclan was riding his bicycle on Harrisburg. He was traveling northbound in the 8200 block on his way home and was struck by an unknown vehicle and thrown over the rail of a bridge. Fishermen found Nabors?s body 18 hours later in Brays Bayou. At this time investigators with the Houston Police Department?s Hit and Run unit have no leads and there have been now witnesses who have come forward. According to the victim?s roommate, he had no family that lived in the area.
