On Sunday, December 1, 2019, at approximately 5:16 a.m., Kellii Heath was found deceased in the roadway on the 2600 block of the Gulf freeway in Houston, Texas. The incident is believed to be a Failure to Stop and Render Aid but there are no witnesses, surveillance video of the incident, or suspect vehicle at this time.
