On Thursday, February 6, 2020, at approximately 7:13 a.m., Timothy Thomas was found deceased in the center median of the roadway in the 3600 block of Addicks Clodine Road in Houston, Texas. The incident is believed to be a Failure to Stop and Render Aid but there are no witnesses, surveillance video of the incident, or suspect vehicle at this time.
