On Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at approximately 5:10 a.m., Mr. Sik Kwan was walking across the 12200 block of South Gessner Road in Houston, Texas. The victim was wearing a reflective vest as he crossed the intersection at Candlegreen Lane and South Gessner road. The suspect vehicle struck the victim and fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
