Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Jose Guadalupe Torres, who is wanted for the charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child-under the age of 14.

On Monday, May 17, 2017, during the evening hours, Houston Police received a report of Sexual Assault that occurred in the 5700 block of Hopper Road in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned the victim was sexually abused by the fugitive, Jose Guadalupe Torres, on multiple occasions.

Fugitive Jose Guadalupe Torres is a Hispanic male, 42 years old, approximately 5’08”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.
