Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Candelario Mireles-Carillo, who is wanted for Indecency with a Child.

On or around Tuesday, January 1, 2013, fugitive Candelario Mireles-Carillo engaged in inappropriate sexual acts with the child victim in the 4900 block of Plum Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Candelario Mireles-Carillo, performed indecent sexual acts with the child victim.

Fugitive Candelario Mireles-Carillo is a Hispanic male, 38 years old, 5’07”, 200-230 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.
