On Friday, April 2, 2021, the victim’s check was deposited at a bank located in the 8700 Block of Katy Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During this incident, the suspect stole the check and altered the payee and amount. The suspect was captured on video surveillance conducting the transactions. The victim suffered a total loss of over $60,000.
