On Sunday, January 8, 2023, at approximately 3:18 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 4600 block of Spur 5 Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle which was traveling northbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
