Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Juan Carlos Ramirez, who is wanted for two counts of Indecency with a Child.

In January of 2018, fugitive Juan Ramirez performed indecent sexual acts with a child victim in the 700 block of Bolling Lane in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Juan Carlos Ramirez, performed indecent sexual acts on the victim.

Fugitive Juan Carlos Ramirez is a Hispanic male, 68 years old, approximately 5'05", 145 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
