Continual Sexual Abuse - ChildCrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Wilson Antonio Villatoro-Bacca, who is wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
On Thursday, January 7, 2020, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the 8400 Block of Winkler St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Wilson Antonio Villatoro-Bacca, sexually abused the victim from September of 2017 continuing through September of 2018.
Fugitive Wilson Antonio Villatoro-Bacca is a Hispanic male, 30 years old, approximately 5’08” to 5’09”, 160-170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
