identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid - Fatality.
On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at approximately 7:47 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 8800 block of
Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. The victim was riding his bike westbound on the sidewalk of Westheimer Rd.
then turned north and began crossing the eastbound lanes in the 8800 block of Westheimer Rd. The suspect vehicle,
a black 4 door SUV, turned eastbound onto Westheimer Rd. from Fondren Rd. and struck the victim. The suspect fled
the scene without rendering aid to the victim. The victim suffered major injuries, and sadly died as a result of the
collision.
