Failure to Stop and Render AidCrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
On Thursday, December 19, 2019, at approximately 9:46 p.m., the victim was driving in the 12000 block of W. Bellfort Ave. in Houston, Texas, when his vehicle was struck by an older model gray or tan colored Chevrolet Colorado driven by the suspect. The victim exited his vehicle and began recording the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect accelerated his vehicle towards the victim causing him to jump onto the hood of the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect continued driving as the victim was hanging onto the hood before being thrown off and subsequently run over by the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the incident, the victim suffered a large head injury which caused loss of memory.
