Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive (Rosendo Cortez Hernandez) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On or around December 10, 2020, fugitive Rosendo Hernandez performed indecent acts with a child victim in the 9200 block of Bellwood Ln. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive had performed inappropriate sexual contact with the child.

Fugitive Rosendo Hernandez is a Hispanic male, 59 years old, 195 lbs. 5’5” with brown eyes and black hair.
