Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Failure to Stop and Render Aid (FSRA) - Fatality.

On December 9, 2019, at approximately 5:49 a.m., Louis Colon was crossing the street, in the 3200 block Tidwell Road, in Houston Texas. The suspect’s vehicle (possibly a Cadillac four door sedan, red or maroon in color), struck Louis Colon. The suspect vehicle continued traveling westbound and fled the scene of the incident without rendering aid to the victim. Louis Colon was transported to local hospital where he was pronounced deceased from his major injuries.
