On Saturday, November 19, 2022, at approximately 11:14 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 12900 block of East Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking westbound when struck from behind by the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
