identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid - Fatality.
On Sunday, November 22, 2020, at approximately 5:24 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 5300 block of
Bingle Road in Houston, Texas. The victim was riding his bike in the southbound lanes when an unknown vehicle
traveling southbound on Bingle Rd. struck the victim. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim.
The victim suffered major injuries, and sadly died as a result of the collision.
