On Sunday, November 3, 2019, at approximately 12:55 a.m., Richard Mcloud was found shot to death in a business parking lot located in the 2900 block of Hayes Road in Houston, Texas. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased on the scene.

The family of Richard Mcloud is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for his murder.
