Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Jose Guadalupe Torres, who is wanted for the charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child-under the age of 14.

On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, Houston Police received a report of a Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the 8900 block of West Hardy Road in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned the fugitive, Jose Guadalupe Torres, sexually assaulted the victim on multiple occasions.

Fugitive Jose Guadalupe Torres is a Hispanic male, 44 years old, approximately 5’08”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Torres is also wanted for a previous Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child from 2017.
