Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive (Jose Guillermo Morales Velasquez) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On or about April 1, 2020, fugitive Jose Velasquez performed indecent acts with a child victim in the 11600 block of Stroud Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive had performed inappropriate sexual contact with the child.

Fugitive Jose Guillermo Morales Velasquez is a Hispanic male, 42 years old, 180-185 lbs. 5’08” with brown eyes.
