Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive (Julian Olvera) who is wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On Monday September 21, 2020, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Abuse that occurred in the 5200 block of Boicewood St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of sexual abuse by the fugitive Julian Olvera that occurred from June 2013 to June 2019.

Fugitive Julian Olvera is a Hispanic male, 26 years old, approximately 5’2”, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case.
