Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Carlos Joel Vasquez Vasquez, who is wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.

On Wednesday, January 22, 2020, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the 6200 Block of W. Bellfort Avenue in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Carlos Joel Vasquez Vasquez, sexually abused the victim from August of 2019 continuing through December of 2019. The fugitive has also been charged with Sexual Assault Proh/Deviate.

Fugitive Carlos Joel Vasquez Vasquez is a Hispanic male, 20 years old, approximately 5’07” to 5’09”, 150-170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
