Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Mark Joshua Hall, who is wanted for Murder.

On Monday, December 19, 2016, at approximately 1:00 a.m., fugitive Mark Joshua Hall shot and killed the victim in the 4400 block of Dowling St. in Houston, Texas. After the incident, the fugitive fled the country, was extradited back to Houston, and issued a bond. The fugitive is currently wanted for Murder, Assault on a Peace Officer, and Bail Jumping.

Fugitive Mark Joshua Hall is a black male, 35 years old, 6'03”, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
