Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Fidel Ramos) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On August 29, 2022, Houston Police Officers received a report of a Sexual Abuse of a Child in the 2900 block of Rolido Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive performed inappropriate sexual contact on the victim.

Fidel Ramos is a 50-year-old Hispanic male, 5’09” with brown eyes and black hair.
