Crime Stoppers and the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Joshua Garcia), who is wanted for Murder.

On Saturday, July 20, 2024, Houston Police officers were dispatched to a shooting incident in the 9500 block of Main St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, detectives learned the fugitive shot the 14-year-old victim while sitting in a vehicle. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the injuries sustained.
