Jesus Gerardo Salazar has been on the run for the past 19 years for his part in the October 30, 1999 brutal murder of 17-year-old Felicia Nichole Ruiz. Salazar’s accomplices are serving prison sentences for their part in the murder, but Salazar fled and is believed to be living in Venezuela or Columbia. He is known to travel to Houston at time to visit family.

Crime Stoppers of Houston and private sources have joined together to increase the reward for information leading to Jesus Salazar’s capture. All callers will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $10,000.

Jesus Salazar (DOB 10/6/81) was 5'10" tall and weighed 165 pounds in 1999. He may be heavier now and has multiple tattoos on his arms and chest.
