Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Failure to Stop and Render Aid.

On Saturday, July 28, 2018, at approximately 10:27 p.m., the disabled victim was sitting in their wheelchair crossing the street in the 3600 block of Beaver Road and North McCarty Street in Houston, Texas. During this incident, an unknown vehicle struck the victim from behind. The victim was knocked off their wheelchair and onto the ground. The suspect fled the scene of the accident without rendering aid. As result of the incident, the victim sustained a fractured hip and injuries to their ribs.
