On Sunday, January 10, 2016, at approximately 11:30p.m., the victim was walking in the 600 block of West Gulfbank Road in Houston, TX. She was struck by a Silver, 1995-1999 Isuzu Rodeo, Sports Utility Vehicle and suffered severe injuries. A witness observed the suspect's vehicle leaving the scene without rendering aid to the victim. The victim sustained several abrasions and broken bones, which required surgery at a local area hospital.
