Business owners in Friendswood, TX. contacted the Friendswood Police Department when they discovered that an unknown person withdrew funds from their bank account, without their permission, on December 29, 2016 and December 30, 2016. The fraudulent transactions occurred at a bank in Sugarland, TX.

Surveillance video captured images of the suspect while completing the fraudulent transactions.

The suspect is described as a white female in her 40's, with short dark hair. She was driving a dark-colored four-door sedan with a sunroof and a temporary license plate. The suspect was accompanied by a small light brown dog, possibly a Chihuahua during one transaction. During another transaction, she was accompanied by a middle-aged white male.
