N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance
identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
On Saturday, November 21, 2020, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the victim was walking across a business parking lot in
the 6400 block of Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas. The suspect’s vehicle (a blue Cadillac) struck and ran over the
victim as it made a right turn out of a parking spot at the location. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to
the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital and suffered serious bodily injuries as a result of the collision.
